 Naukasana also known as Boat Pose
1. Lie on your back with your legs stretched out
2. Keep your arms at your sides and gradually raise your legs , keeping them straight
3. . Raise your legs as high and avoid bending your knees
4. Lift your arms to reach your toes and create a 45 degree angle with your body
5. Hold this pose for 15 seconds.
6. Repeat this pose 4-5 times

 Bhujangasna also known as Cobra Pose
1. Lay down flat on your stomach. Keep your legs and feet straight
2. Stretch your legs away from your body
3. Place your arms under your shoulders
4. Place your body weight on your palma
5. Breathe in deeply and raise your head and chest upwards
6. Hold the pose for a few seconds and slowly exhale
7. Take rest for a few seconds and repeat it 4-5 times

Uthkatasana also known as Chair Pose
1. Stand straight with your hands and now fold your hands as you pray
2. Bend your knees as if you’re sitting on a chair
3. Raise your hands above your head
4. Breathe normally as you hold the position as far you can

Dhanurasana also known as Bow Pose
1. Lie down flat on your stomach. Stretch your legs and your arms on your side
2. Bend knees upward while placing your arms back to your ankle or feet
3. Retain the position for about 15-30 seconds while breathing normally
4. Exhale and return to the comfortable position and rest for 15 seconds
5. Repeat 5 times by taking the rest time in between each pose
