Every woman wants to keep her breasts firm and fabulous, but too often with age and pregnancy, the twins begin to sag. Other factors like weight gain, wearing ill-fitted bra, lack of exercise may leave them sagging even more. The good news is that you can tone up the beauties and surrounding muscles by practicing a few yoga poses. Try these easy yoga moves to accentuate the breasts and you will feel more gorgeous, healthy and confident.

Dwikonasana or the Double Angle Pose

  1. Stand straight with feet apart
  2. Now lock your hands from behind
  3. Move your body forward while you attempt to raise your hands as far as possible
  4. Retain the posture for a few seconds
  5. Gradually come to the starting position. Perform it 2-3 times in a day

Bhujangasana or the Cobra pose

  1. Lay down flat on your stomach keeping  legs & feet straight
  2. Place your palms on the floor & keep them on the sides of your shoulders
  3. Relax your body as you raise your shoulders, neck, and head off the ground
  4. Use your lower back area to raise your upper body as far as you can
  5. After reaching the highest point go slowly & tilt your head upwards
  6. Keep this position for at least 15 to 20 seconds
  7. Repeat it  4 – 5 times

Veerbhadrasana or the Warrior pose

  1. Stand erect laying your arms at sides
  2. Keep your feet close to each other
  3. Slowly bend your right leg forward while your left foot should lay flat on the floor
  4. Raise your arms and keep them stretched
  5. Now perform the same with the left knee
  6. Hold this pose for a few seconds and repeat

Vrikshasana or the Tree Pose

  1. Stand straight while maintaining balance
  2. Slowly raise your right leg and keep it on the right thigh
  3. Stretch your arms., touch the palms and make a posture of praying
  4. Raise your arms above
  5. Stay for 10 to 20 seconds

Dhanurasana or the Bow Pose

  1. Lie down on your stomach and exhale
  2. Now hold your ankles
  3. Pull legs and arms as high as possible
  4. Stay for 30 seconds and relax.
